Hodgetastic is a small two person team but is backed by a network of partners and freelancers for each project.
When we take on a project we usually partner up with some freelancers or friends to make the project a more fun experience (we don't like to admit it but we don't know EVERY thing about websites)

How much do you pay
Unless we specifically contract out work, all of our projects are profit share based (We front the costs to setup), It's not that we are taking advantage, we don't get paid until we all get paid
Do you have an office?
Yes, we have a home office (with space for a couple more desks) and we also have facilities within Leeds City Center, we wouldn't expect you to turn up to the office daily though... Most of our meetings are done over a brew or a pint.
